We are grateful to have had the privilege of working with Odetta during the 2005 premiere of Songs of the Spirit and on our 2007 tour, where she was joined by Hugh Masekela, Frank London & Lorin Sklamberg, Craig Harris, Tracy Grammer, Halle, The Shangilia Youth Choir of Kenya, and the Tibetan Monks of the Drepung Loseling Monastery. Odetta's extraordinary talent and spirit were a truly inspirational force. We will never forget the ways in which she has enriched our lives.
